  • Information on the website is general and may change. It is not legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Early access and design partners

Requesting access does not create a contract or guarantee that you will be accepted. We select participants at our discretion.

Features shown on the website, including those on the roadmap, describe our current plans. They may change, be delayed or be withdrawn, and are not a commitment to deliver any feature by any date.

Early-access software is provided to participants who have been accepted, on the terms of a separate pilot or design-partner agreement, and may contain defects.

4. Intellectual property

7. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to [AMOUNT, e.g. GBP 1,000].

8. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes and termination
